This Privacy Policy explains how PreflopCraft (“PreflopCraft”, “we”, “us”), operated by [Operator legal entity], collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our preflop range editor and training application (the “Service”).

  • Account information — your email address, username, and optional display name, provided when you register. Passwords are handled and stored by our authentication provider; we never store them in plaintext.
  • Content you create — the ranges, folders, packs, strategy trees, and notes you build or import into the Service.
  • Training data — results, scores, and session history generated when you use the trainer modes.
  • Technical data — basic information such as your IP address, browser type, and timestamps, used to operate and secure the Service.

  • To authenticate you and keep your account secure.

  • Service providers — we use Supabase as our hosting, database, and authentication processor. Your data is stored on their infrastructure under their security controls.
  • Content you choose to share — when you create a public share link, anyone with that link who is signed in can view the shared range or pack. You control creation and revocation of these links.
  • Legal compliance — we may disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights and users.

We do not sell your personal information.

6. Data retention

We retain your account and content for as long as your account is active. When you delete content it is removed from the Service; when you delete your account, your associated personal data is deleted or anonymized, except where retention is required for legal or security purposes.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise these rights, or request account deletion, by contacting us at the address below.

8. Security

We apply technical and organizational measures — including row-level access controls and encrypted transport — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is intended for users aged 18 and over and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
